Panic Attack

Trying to calm myself down from my second panic attack in a row..

I got upset about stuff, I was shaking, my chest hurts/mild discomfort„, it feels tight, my head hurts, shortness of breath and I cant calm the fuck down… im on the verge of completely freaking out which isn’t going to help..

I’m trying to stay calm and keep distracted but nobody will freaking help! my parents are in bed and im sat in my room crying… help.. please..

no one ever likes me as much as i like them and that’s it
